Turnaround Time
- Order Processing: Orders will be shipped within 4 days of the purchase date.
Shipping Information
- Shipping Method: All items under 14 oz will ship via USPS First Class Mail unless Priority Mail is selected at checkout.

Tracking Your Order: A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has shipped. Please check your order confirmation email for your tracking number. If you have issues with tracking, send us an email with “TRACKING REQUEST + ORDER NUMBER” to receive assistance.

Shipping Changes
- Address Changes: Please double-check that your shipping information is correct at checkout. If you need to make an address change, email us at info@sorellabtq.com within 3 hour of checkout with the subject “SHIPPING ADDRESS CHANGE + ORDER NUMBER.”
Damaged or Lost Mail
We understand how frustrating it can be if your package is lost or damaged. While we’re not liable once your package is with the carrier, we’re committed to assisting you.

Returns, Exchanges, and Order Changes
Returns, Exchanges, and Order Changes
Return Policy: All items with tags attached may be returned for in-store credit or exchange within 14 days of purchase. All returned items must be in new condition—unworn and unwashed. Sale collection items and jewelry are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned. A receipt must be present; no exceptions. In-store credit will be applied to a gift card that never expires.
Something Wrong?
- Upon receiving your order, please inspect it immediately. We pride ourselves on providing high-quality clothing and accessories, inspecting each item before placing it on our website to prevent issues.
- If you believe you have received defective merchandise, contact us within 3 days at info@sorellabtq.com with attached pictures of the defects, so we may address the issue. We cannot make exceptions if the merchandise has been in your care for a longer period, has had its tags removed, or has been washed or worn.
Discounts and Credits
- Discount Validity: Discounts and credits are not valid on previous purchases. Codes must be applied at checkout, as we cannot edit transactions after completion. Only one discount code may be used per transaction.

Local Pickups
- Pickup Location: Sorella Warehouse, 54533 Terrace Lane, Suite 3, South Bend, Indiana 46635.
- Pickup Availability: Orders will be ready for pickup within 2-4 days. You will receive an email when your order is available for pickup on designated days and times only.
- Important: Our warehouse is not open to the public, so please ensure you check the email for specific pickup days and times. Bring your confirmation email when you come to collect your order.
