Return Policy: All items with tags attached may be returned for in-store credit or exchange within 14 days of purchase. All returned items must be in new condition—unworn and unwashed. Sale collection items and jewelry are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned. A receipt must be present; no exceptions. In-store credit will be applied to a gift card that never expires.
To request an exchange please email info@sorellabtq.com with “EXCHANGE REQUEST + ORDER NUMBER” and the reason for exchange. Once we accept your exchange + exchange item has been received in original condition you will be emailed a store credit in the original amount of purchase. Coupon/Sale codes will not transfer.

- Upon receiving your order, please inspect it immediately. We pride ourselves on providing high-quality clothing and accessories, inspecting each item before placing it on our website to prevent issues.
- If you believe you have received defective merchandise, contact us within 3 days at info@sorellabtq.com with attached pictures of the defects, so we may address the issue. We cannot make exceptions if the merchandise has been in your care for a longer period, has had its tags removed, or has been washed or worn.
