All items under 14oz ship with USPS first class mail unless priority is chosen at checkout. A tracking number is provided VIA email once your item has shipped. Check your order confirmation email for the tracking number. If that doesn’t work, send us an email with “TRACKING REQUEST + ORDER NUMBER”

Please double check that all shipping information is correct at checkout. Should you need to make an address change, please email email@example.com within an hour of checkout with “SHIPPING ADDRESS CHANGE + ORDER NUMBER.”
Damaged/ Lost Mail
It is the customers responsibility to track all items. Sorella is not liable for damaged/lost/or stolen packages. If you think your package has been lost in transit please contact your local post office or visit the link below.
